The weather forecast calls for rain this afternoon and evening, and all day tomorrow. Based on our recent experience, it's probably best to stay dry and off the trails tomorrow. The rainy season should be drawing to an end soon, so enjoy your day off because there won't be many more this year!

I really don’t know what to say about tomorrow. 
First, I really would like to ride if the conditions allow it. 
Second, the weather forecast is kinda vague and changing hourly. I guess we can wait until tomorrow morning at 7:00 to call it. I hate to give up just because we aren’t certain.

Not looking good for our mid-week ride. I just hope we can ride on Sunday. 

I'm working on the steps for an anti-rain dance which may give us some greater control over all this precipitation.

We’ve had a lot of rain and most areas will be muddy on Sunday. But I was thinking we could ride Sycamore West off of Stonebridge Parkway and instead of doing the Beeler Canyon trails we would mostly stay on the dry fireroads and go up the big “cardiac” climb instead. There are some options that more adventurous types could do if they wanted. 
While this may not sound ideal it would allow us to get outdoors and enjoy the beautiful day and get a little exercise. We would start at 8:30. 

So please respond if you can make it, or not.

Julie and I spoke about riding at Lake Hodges this Wednesday at 9:00. THIS MAY BE OUR LAST CHANCE TO RIDE FOR A WEEK OR MORE, due to lots of rain in the 10 day forecast.
