Would the West Sycamore ride be OK for tomorrow? This is at the end of Stonebridge Parkway west of Scripps Ranch. We’ll be missing Julie (out of town) and Pete (on injured reserve list), so the group won’t be too large.  We could extend this ride down into the Martha’s/Goodan Ranch area if people want a little longer ride.

Let me know if this works, or if you have a strong preference for something else.

I'm sorry to say I can't ride tomorrow. My family is here and we're having a couples of families and their kids over for a swim, so I'm both a pizzaiolo and a lifeguard tomorrow.

I think somewhere close to the coast will be the only sensible ride for tomorrow. With that in mind, I only have a couple of suggestions:

1. Penasquitos Canyon, starting from the Post Office parking lot off Sorrento Valley Boulevard and Vista Sorrento Pkwy, or

2. Lake Calavera, where Canon Road dead ends at College.
