Workin tomorrow...and now I know I fractured my humeral head in my fall 6 weeks ago so trying to be good and not re-injure...mostly staying on the road. Underage Ortho doc when I asked "is there anything I should avoid ?" "Yes....falling". even he chuckled...he knew an incorrigible when he saw one.
