I've got a meeting with a contractor at a house along Lake Hodges at 4- going to stick bike stuff in car but will, if I make it at all, be riding on my own as it will be after 5 if I can make it all ...Pizza is more likely - I may have to do laps in the Filippi's parking lot to justify it however so hopefully I won't embarrass RM nation...

Had to ride early today...PQ update---the northside trail is closed at the first bridge, they are replacing sewerage lines but it looks like the bridge stays put. You have to climb the hill behind but the fireroad now has 6" of gravel on it!! On Cobbles just below the pond they have filled in the holes with sand..going to be some good crashes !! Jon Blevitt broke a bone in his foot at Sycamore going down the easy side switchbacks by dabbing to steady himself..but foot got caught. Surgery including titanium screws I believe.
