It lookslike we may have a small, to non existent group this Sunday.
-Julie and Steve will be recovering from the Archipelago death march anid don't plan to ride.
-I'm going uo to Orange County to visit the kids and may not come back until Sunday.
-Jerry may still not be recovered from the Alpine challenge.
I hope whoever is available will organize a ride so that I can join you in the event we come home Saturday night.

I just spoke to Jeff, who had a partial knee replacement yesterday. He's going home today but won't be riding for 6-8 weeks. So don't look for him on Sunday either.

Holy Cow it was hot on parts
Holy Cow it was hot on parts of the Archipelago..43 miles and approx 5500 ft vertical. Steve looked fresh as a berry most of the time..and we zoomed through Penasquitos where there was (finally ! !) a nice breeze...to attack the beer and eats when we finished around 2:45PM. There were some really fun sections and beautiful vistas...along with the many steep fireroads ) :
