Even though we just got back from our bike trip, I MUST ride on Thursday night. My new Ripley is now in my possession, even though it has a 120mm loaner fork on it.
Is anyone available to help me with a shake down run at 4:00pm? I was thinking Spring/Oak.
Let me know.

I'll be there. My wounds have healed enough so as not to interfere. Is there a pizza in my future? Or a tri-tip sandwich?

I take it that the Ripley didn't make it to Gooseberry?
I'm concerned to hear Jerry talk about wounds, does anyone have video of the incident?
I hope that it's nothing that can't be healed by judicious application of tri-tip!

Yes, need a trip report and photos from Team Ibis. Is Jerry's bike OK..Oh yes, and his body !

The Ripley did not make it to Gooseberry, the fork wasn't available until Tuesday of this week. And as to vidieos of Jerry's "incident", there were far to many of them to capture by camera. Likewise with Alan, who is claiming a Guiness world record of 5 endos in three days of riding.
I think the tri-tip helped, but Jerry, Alan, and Julie were busy comparing bruises towards the end of the trip.
In spite of the injuries, it was a great trip. Terrific weather and terrific rides with a terrific group. Wish the Aussie and Kiwi could have joined us.
Pete will put up his pictures of the trip soon. Of course they won't do justice to the scenery or the danger of the obstacles we conquered, but they'll help.
Take care.
