As most everyone knows, Sunday marks the big 65 for Pete Kane, and a celebration is in order. So here's the plan our Sunday ROAD ride:

We'll meet at the entrance to Fiesta Island at 8:30. You can park there, or somewhere closer to Old Town if you prefer, because that's where we'll end up at the end of our ride.

We'll follow Pete's lead on a tour of Fiesta island, Ocean Beach and up to the Cabrillo Monument. From there, we'll follow a route chosen by him back to Old Town via who-the-hell-knows-where. We'll then stop for a brunch or early lunch at either La Pinata or Casa Guadalajara.

You should let us know if you plan to join us so we make sure we're all together before we get going.
