I got grandkids in town and would like to ride somewhere where I can be home around noon. That seems to limit choices to:

1. Penasquitos Canyon

2. Sycamore West ( off of Stonebridge Parkway)

2. Sycamore Canyon (off of Fanita Parkway)

I'm not sure who will be in town and planning to ride, but let's hear from whoever you are.

I’m up in Orange County until tonight, but I don’t think anyone would want to ride anyway with this weather. Maybe we can get out on Sunday.

Bad News:

We have postponed our trip to Sicily. Juli had a few severe nosebleeds in the days leading up to our planned departure. We saw the ENT specialist on Thursday and he urged us to postpone our trip until the nosebleed situation is resolved. Since I'm no expert on Sicilian emergency rooms, I had to accept his advice.

Good News:

I guess I can ride if the soil is dry enough and if there is anyone who wants to find out with me. I was thinking Sycamore or Raptor Ridge, but am open to other ideas.

My grandkids are here, so I'd like to do a local ride starting at 8:00 where I can get home sort of early. Would the group rather do Penasquitos Canyon or Sycamore Canyon?  Please share any preferences you have.

1. Raptor Ridge

2. Cuyamacas

Weather should be fine for either ride. Let's hear your preferences (and as early as possible please).
