Last ride for the month of July! Summer will be over before you know it, so I hope a few of you can join us. We'll ride Del Mar Mesa on Thursday night, leaving from the Post Office which is just NE of the intersection of Sorrento Valley Blvd and Vista Sorrento Parkway. We park along the block wall, back behind the Post Office. If we meet around 4:30 or so, we can do a loop which includes the waterfall, duck pond, tunnels, etc. and get 16 miles or so in.
Let us know if you can make it, or just show up around 4:30.

July experiment continues

will not be showing up until August as I continue my experiment, a month without the RideMaster,to see if I become smarter or dumber, wimpier or more courageous, .... Results to be published in October's Psychology Today.... Alan

it's not very user friendly and keeps pretending it doesn't know me and wants me to have a password with higher security, etc etc ??
