Forecast looks pretty good now- a little rain until 3AM and then clearing and not as cold as past mornings... I would think oak/spring would be OK, but I would not in any way want to influence the wisdom process of the RM! I would be afraid that the RM would issue a fatwah and deem my bike cracked and unworthy (again).
So Carol looks out the window and says there's a snake in the yard. I take a look and see it is not moving like a snake. So out we go and we find a Goanna (monitor lizard) about 3 feet long. He/she was checking us out with that long forked tongue and then disappeared through a hole in the fence. I am not sure I want to meet his/her parents. Any in Oak Spring ?
I"ve just done Hangover Trail in Sedona, we must come here on a RideMaster Nation trip! This trail has it all, slickrock, exposure, narrow trails on cliff edges with sharp turns and overhanging rocks and trees, route finding (we got lost 3 times!), steep rocky descents and beautiful scenery! No wonder the local want to keep it secret and there are no published maps.
Enjoy your ride tomorrow, all I know is that I am coming back here.
Thanks Peter I did enjoy your post last week and while the others probably didn't understand a word I appreciated it.
