HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!  Let's hope that 2022 is more "normal" than 2021, whatever that might mean.

I was trying to come up with a ride that makes sense following our recent rains. I'm thinking that the trailhead gates at Raptor Ridge and Sycamore West will be locked tomorrow. The local canyons around my neighborhood will have some signifcant mud and water. So, I drove out to Santee to check the conditions out. I spoke to a guy who says he rides there almost everyday. He said it was OK yesterday, good today, and it will be even better tomorrow.

That was good enough for me, so I'm proposing we ride Santee off Fanita Parkway at 8:30 tomorrow morning. Let me know if you plan on joining the ride.
