Bad news. I need to excuse
Bad news. I need to excuse myself tomorrow night to go to a memorial service for the father of one of my employees. He invited me to go, and I really think it's the right thing to do. It starts at 6:30, so I don't see how I could fit either the riding part or the pizza and beer part in around that. I'll miss your company.
I hope the rest of you will put something together and get out there and enjoy yourselves. I'll see you on Sunday.

Don't think I can make it either...I got called into a late meeting and won't be able to get to any trailhead at a decent time. Sorry...I'll miss the ride and the pizza after.

As usual I have underestimated the time required to get ready for my long weekend in DC (where grandbaby Clara lives) and it's best that I just dash out the door for a few Torrey Pineses this evening.
