Between having family here and the heat, I don't plan to ride this afternoon.I'm hoping Sunday will be a good day for a mountain ride, at least cool enough to get out there.

I think I'll skip this Thursday's ride and go to San Juan Capistrano with Juli to tend to the grandkids. It's really too hot to ride anyway. I hope you find someting cool and enjoyable to do.

Sorry for the late post. I can get away for a ride today around 3:30, if anyone else is available. Otherwise, I can just ride Rose Canyon by myself. Let me know if you can make it, and where you might like to ride.

Some of us (but not Pete and Jerry, who have a road ride planned) would like to do a mountain bike ride tomorrow. We talked about doing the Raptor Ridge ride off of Pomerado Road/Highland Valley Road. We would also add on the Pete Kane trail on the return leg of the ride, which adds some fun and distance.

It will be warm tomorrow, so starting at 7:30 would be a smart move if we can all get there in time. So who's in?
