Maybe its time we just do a ride in Santee again. I rode the Mission Trails off of Mast yesterday and enjoyed it,but some of the sections we used to ride are closed. We could probably stretch it to 12 miles or so and it's a nice change..  Or we could just ride usual trials off of Fanita Parkway. Ideas and suggestions are always welcome.

If you put your ear to the ground and listen carefully, you can hear the water evaporating from the soil at Raptor Ridge. With this going on all day, I'll bet we could get a ride in there tomorrow.

Who wants to ride there at 8:30?

Some of us have talked about going to Lake Morena tomorrow. The weather forecast is for a nice warm and sunny day. However, the forcast calls for winds around 13 mph, with gusts up to 16. The Cuyamacas forecast is for slightly cooler temperature (65) but with less wind (9 mph) and lower gusts (11).

I'm fine with either, but Lake Morena is a longer drive, so I don't want people to be disappointed with the conditions.

Let's hear from you about your preference.

It should be pretty nice for a ride tomorrow, although the mountains will still be cold and probably muddy from the melted snow.

How about Sycamore West, off of Stonebridge Parkway? It's usually not too busy.
