Days are getting shorter, you had better join us for one of the few Thursday night rides before we have to give it up for the winter. I'm thinking somewhere in Santee, maybe a reverse version of the Spring/Oak ride? 4:30 start?

I have a conflict this Thursday evening and can't ride but the rest of you should pick a location and go for it. Looks like the heat will subside a little by tomorrow. So what will it be?

I've got a bright idea for this Thursday. How about we park outside the gates at Mission Trails East (off Mast), head over to Spring Canyon and up The Beast. From there we can go over to Sycamore Canyon and do the switchback mountain (both up and down) and then return via the southern portion of Sycamore to Mast and the cars. Should be about 2 hours, plus or minus 15 minutes.

Or if you prefer, we can just do Sycamore. Either is fine with me.
