I'm going to have to pass on our Sunday ride this week. I have a cold and bronchitis, and if that isn't bad enough, I have a wedding to attend at 1:00pm.

I'm hoping the rest of you can get a ride organized. The weather should perfect.

So, I've got a couple of suggestions:

First, Jeff has found a new trail at Spring/Oak that he's pretty excited about and it would be fun to explore it.
Of course, there's some mud out there. Yogi and I walked from the parking lot to the Hwy 52 bridge and the low spots are muddy. Will probably be better tomorrow, but its hard to say how much. Once we get up and away from the low areas, it should be fine.

Second, we could do ATT. We know it isn't really impacted much by a little rain.

Just so you don't forget who is the boss, leader, guru and task master... You decide your ride here! My new friends say hi!

BTW, I've been delayed a day, I have to fly to Rome to interview for yet another title. I'm not sure exactly what they have in mind this time, they said something about talking to cardinals, but the RM doesn't talk to birds...

Jeff and Julie rode Sycamore on Friday and Jeff said it was spectacular. Want to do it at 8:00am? Otherwise, suggest something.

Alan;'s landscaper and some friends are riding the Carrizo Gorge trail this Sunday at 8:00. I understand it's about 17 miles that takes 3 hours to complete, starting near Jacumba. The weather is not ideal, high of about 50, but it should be mostly sunny and the risk of rain and wind should be minimal.

Let me know what you think about doing this. Otherwise, it's probably ATT or nothing because most of the local trails are muddy.
